Sony will release its PlayStation 5 Pro gaming console late next year, per several media reports.
According to Gizmochina, the new console will be an improved version of the PS5, which is currently available.
Because the company intends to lower the price of the current-generation gaming console, it is also anticipated that the tech giant will introduce a PS5 with a removable disc drive later this year.
The PS5 with a removable disc drive will probably be unveiled by Sony at Electronic Entertainment Experience (E3) 2023.
Furthermore, the PS6 is not expected to be released until at least 2028. This would align the current console generation’s release schedule with that of its predecessors.
At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2023 in January of this year, the Japanese company unveiled a customizable accessibility controller kit for PS5.
‘Project Leonardo’ is designed to remove “barriers to gaming” and help players with disabilities play more easily, comfortably and for longer periods on PS5.
