HP unveils new hybrid laptops, monitors at CES

HP Inc. has released new hybrid laptops and monitors that are made to make hybrid experiences better in the digital world of today at Consumer Electronics Show (CES), 2023.

Although almost 77% of workers prefer a hybrid model, the company said in a statement that being productive in a hybrid environment has its challenges.

The HP EliteBook 1040 G10, HP Elite x360 1040 G10, and HP Dragonfly G4 laptops all provide “collaboration experiences with new intuitive video conferencing innovations to recharge hybrid work.

These cutting-edge laptops provide a “Multi-Camera Experience,” a “Auto Camera Select,” and a great deal more besides.

The ‘Multi-Camera Experience’ function offers two video streams and camera switching, enabling users to display their faces as well as an item or a whiteboard at the same time in an easy and convenient manner.

In order to maintain audience engagement without breaking eye contact, the “Auto Camera Select” feature makes use of intelligent face tracking to identify which camera a user is facing.

The company also unveiled the “HP E-Series G5” monitors, which have displays that range in diagonal size from 21.5 to 27 inches.

“The series offers a variety of choices to help hybrid workers stay focused and connected with 4K resolution on select models, curved and ultrawide screens.”

The ‘HP Eye Ease’ function, which lessens the amount of blue light that is emitted by the monitor, and the ‘Ambient Light Sensor’ feature, which automatically changes the level of screen brightness, are both included in every monitor in this series.

The tech company also unveiled the “HP 710 Rechargeable Silent Mouse,” which provides customers with the ability to work “with a compact design, silent clicks, and up to 90 days of battery life.”

In addition, HP is the “first Windows PC maker with an integrated NVIDIA GeForce NOW solution” thanks to their “OMEN Gaming Hub,” which they used to launch their cloud gaming service.

With support for up to a 13th-generation Intel Core i9-13900HX processor and the most recent iteration of NVIDIA GeForce graphics, the business claims that the ‘OMEN 17’ laptop is the most potent gaming laptop that HP has to offer.

“The OMEN 40L and 45L desktops unlock new levels of extreme power with up to 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900K processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 to enable glorious 4K visuals and blistering high FPS in resolutions used for competitive gaming,” the company said.
