Twitter, has put hundreds of items from its San Francisco offices up for online bidding, including the bird statue and other office items.

In December 2022, after Musk disclosed that Twitter spends $13 million per year on food service, the company announced that it will auction at least 265 kitchen supplies and office furniture online, with bids starting at $25.

The auction is now live on the website of Heritage Global Partners, the corporation in charge of the sale.

A 190 centimeter planter in the form of the @ symbol is already fetching for $8,000. In addition, the price of the blue bird statue right now is $20,500.

A few of the kitchen items, such as several expensive La Marzocco espresso machines and a soda fountain equipped with an ice maker, are also up for sale.

A pair of $2,200 Herman Miller coffee tables are also being sold by the microblogging platform.

Musk allegedly instructed the company’s remaining Singaporean employees to cease going to work and work remotely last week after failing to pay the rent for Twitter’s San Francisco headquarters.

Twitter is being sued because it didn’t pay the $136,250 rent for its San Francisco office location.

Additionally, the business apparently plans to close some of its co-working locations around the world.
