In December 2022, after Musk disclosed that Twitter spends $13 million per year on food service, the company announced that it will auction at least 265 kitchen supplies and office furniture online, with bids starting at $25.
The auction is now live on the website of Heritage Global Partners, the corporation in charge of the sale.
With less than 10 hours to bid, the company’s neon Twitter Bird light electrical display is presently valued at $22,500.
A 190 centimeter planter in the form of the @ symbol is already fetching for $8,000. In addition, the price of the blue bird statue right now is $20,500.
A few of the kitchen items, such as several expensive La Marzocco espresso machines and a soda fountain equipped with an ice maker, are also up for sale.
