Twitter said on Saturday that it will be updating its online interface with “For You” and “Following” sections.
The microblogging site revealed earlier this week that the ‘Home’ and ‘Latest’ tabs on iOS would be replaced with “For you” and “Following” tabs.
“See the Tweets you want to see,” the company tweeted from its @TwitterSupport handle. Starting today on iOS, swipe between tabs to see Tweets recommended ‘For you’ or Tweets from the accounts you’re ‘Following’.
“The ‘For you’ and ‘Following’ tabs will replace ‘Home’ and ‘Latest’ and will be pinned to the top of your timeline so you can easily switch between them. Swipe to switch timelines instead of tapping the star icon”.

In continuation with this update, the platform stated, “You can now quickly switch between “Following” and “For you” on the web”.
Furthermore, Twitter stated in its statement that this view would be available soon on the Android app as well.
Meanwhile, Elon Musk announced that Twitter’s “open source” algorithm will be published next month, following reports that numerous individuals were unable to use third-party Twitter apps and experienced difficulties signing in and accessing feeds.
Musk stated that Twitter will publish a tweet recommendation code and make the account/tweet status visible no later than next month.
