The media speculated that the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro smartphone from tech giant Apple will include 8GB of RAM.
According to MacRumors, the tech giant will “upgrade the capacity and specs” of RAM for the future iPhone 15 models.
For comparison, the iPhone 14 Pro models come equipped with 6GB of RAM.
Although it is anticipated that the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus devices would maintain their current 6GB of RAM, faster RAM may be added, as was the case with the iPhone 14 Pro models last year.
Having additional RAM would make it possible for the iPhones to multitask by allowing more applications to run simultaneously in the background.
Together with the anticipated A17 Bionic Processor for iPhone 15 Pro models, the RAM improvements will enhance overall performance.
Per the report, Apple will probably introduce the iPhone 15 series at a press conference in September of this year.
As opposed to the iPhone 14 Pro models, the iPhone 15 Pro models will have incredibly tiny, curved bezels, as per a report from last month.
