Under the hood, the Realme 14 5G runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM. The 6.67-inch AMOLED display boasts a FullHD+ resolution and a silky-smooth 120Hz refresh rate, making it perfect for gaming and media consumption.

Realme has partnered with Free Fire to optimize gameplay, revealing that the phone’s massive 6,000mAh battery can power a gaming session for up to 10.5 hours. The device supports 45W wired charging and bypass charging, ensuring the battery isn’t constantly recharged while gaming when plugged in.

Keeping things cool, Realme equipped the device with a 6,050 sq mm vapor chamber and a graphite sheet, reportedly reducing CPU temperature by up to 20°C. However, Realme hasn’t clarified what this temperature drop is being compared to.

On the software front, the Realme 14 5G runs Realme UI 6.0 on top of Android 15, delivering the latest features and optimizations.

Available in three striking colors—Mecha Silver, Storm Titanium, and Pink Warrior—the Realme 14 5G starts at THB 11,999 ($350/€325) for the 256GB model. The 512GB variant is priced at THB 13,999 ($415/€385).
