Tech giant Google is poised to release its latest smartwatch, the Pixel Watch 3, next month alongside new Pixel smartphones and TWS earphones. Recent leaks from Dealabs have revealed potential pricing for the European market, indicating a substantial price hike compared to its predecessor and competitors.
The Pixel Watch 3 is expected to come in two sizes: 41mm (standard) and 45mm (XL). Both variants will offer WiFi and 4G LTE connectivity options. According to the leak, the 41mm WiFi model will be priced at €399, while the 4G LTE version will cost €499. The larger 45mm model is set to retail at €449 for WiFi and €549 for 4G LTE.
These prices represent a €50 increase for WiFi models and a €100 increase for LTE versions compared to the Pixel Watch 2. This positioning makes the Pixel Watch 3 significantly more expensive than competitors like the recently launched Galaxy Watch 7, which starts at €319 for the WiFi model.
Color options for both sizes reportedly include Obsidian, Porcelain, and Hazel, with an additional Pink variant for the 41mm model.
While these leaked European prices may not directly translate to other markets, they suggest a general trend towards higher pricing for Google’s lates wearable offering. As always, official pricing and availability will be confirmed at the upcoming launch event.
