Motorola is about to unveil its next-generation foldable smartphones: the Razr 60 and Razr 60 Ultra. After weeks of leaks, we now know why: the official reveal is set for April 24.
Motorola’s official X account just dropped the announcement, confirming the launch date. So, what can we expect?
The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra will finally switch to a flagship-level chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Meanwhile, the Razr 60 will feature the Dimensity 7400X chip. Both phones are rumored to come with a hefty 4,500 mAh battery and up to 18GB of RAM. Storage options for the Razr 60 will max out at 1TB, but the Ultra might go all the way up to 2TB.
As for the screens, the Razr 60 Ultra will have a larger inner folding display at 6.96 inches. Its cover screen will be 4 inches, while the Razr 60 will keep its smaller cover screen. The Ultra will also pack a triple camera setup, featuring a 50 MP selfie camera inside the punch hole of the foldable screen.
Excited yet? The launch is just around the corner, and it looks like these foldables are shaping up to be some serious contenders in the foldable market.
