Notable titles include:
- Sydney Hunter and the Curse of the Mayan: An 8-bit action-adventure set in a Maya pyramid.
- Alisa Developer’s Cut: A horror/mystery game with steampunk aesthetics.
- Dungeonoid 2 Awakening: A dungeon crawler/block-buster mashup with four RPG classes.
- Cannibal Abduction: A visually retro survival horror experience.

Additional games run the gamut from twin-stick shooters like Mustache in Hell to strategic medieval card battles in Choice of Life: Middle Ages 2. Smaller independent games are also showcased like precision platformer Jubilee.
The array of distinct art styles, gameplay genres, themes and stories displays Microsoft’s intent to support diverse independent studios in targeting different gaming niches.
While availability details weren’t fully provided, many if not all of these titles are expected to launch on Xbox Game Pass. Microsoft continues leveraging the popular subscription service’s extensive libraries to attract players seeking both AAA flagship and more experimental indie games.
With console exclusives now readily debuting on PC simultaneously, Microsoft’s upcoming catalog indicates attempts at strengthening consistency and offering variety across Xbox and Windows platforms.
