Microsoft reportedly plans to show off the new Prometheus model to users of its core productivity software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Per the Verge, Microsoft will detail its productivity plans for integrating OpenAI’s language AI technology with its AI Model in the coming weeks.
In March, the company may make a statement emphasizing how swiftly Microsoft intends to revamp search and other productivity products through its OpenAI investments.
Previous reports claimed that features like email reply suggestions and Word document integration to enhance writing were also being evaluated in Outlook in addition to the GPT models to boost search results.
Furthermore, the report stated that the Tech giant is moving swiftly with this integration, owing mostly to Google.
The new Bing AI was supposed to debut in late February, but Microsoft shifted the schedule forward to this week as Google was getting ready to make its own announcements, as per report.
Microsoft unveiled its new Bing earlier this week, which is backed by “next-generation” ChatGPT artificial intelligence (AI), and upgraded its Edge browser with additional AI features.
The AI-powered Bing search engine and Edge browser are now available for sample at Bing.com, to “deliver better search, more complete answers, an unique chat experience and the ability to generate content”.
