WhatsApp, is reportedly rolling out lengthier group subjects and descriptions on Android beta. According to WABetainfo, these changes will enable users to describe groups more effectively.
The number of characters in the group subject has been increased from 25 to 100 to provide group administrators greater leeway when naming their groups. It will make establishing the group’s objective easier.
The platform will also extend the group description, which was previously 512 characters long, to 2048 characters as part of the new adjustment.
Because of this, group administrators will have more room to provide crucial information.
Users who download the latest WhatsApp beta for Android update from the Play Store will have access to the option to select a lengthier group subject and description, according to the report.
The messaging service is reportedly developing a new feature that would enable users to exchange photographs in their original quality, according to a report from earlier this month.
The platform intends to include a new setting icon in the drawing tool header that will let users customize the quality of any photo. This will provide users greater control over the quality of images they are sharing, especially when delivering the photo in its original quality is required.
