However, budget constraints seem to have kept the refresh rate at 60Hz, a decision that may disappoint some users accustomed to smoother scrolling experiences on mid-range Android devices.
Unlike previous speculations of a dual-camera configuration, the iPhone SE 4 is reportedly rumored to have a single, strong 48-megapixel rear camera. This improvement should result in much better photo quality than its predecessor.
