The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim has made its way to Geekbench, fueling speculations about its potential unveiling at the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22. Samsung remains tight-lipped, but the benchmark listing offers intriguing details about the device’s capabilities.

Performance Benchmarks and Hardware Details

The Galaxy S25 Slim (model number SM-S937U) scores 3,005 points in Geekbench’s single-core test and an impressive 6,945 in multi-core. Powered by a chipset code-named “sun,” it’s believed to house the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.

The chip features six efficiency cores clocked at 3.53 GHz and two high-performance cores running at an astounding 4.47 GHz. With 12GB of RAM, the S25 Slim seems to aim for a balance of performance and efficiency.

Though not as powerful as its siblings, the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra, the Slim holds its own. The Galaxy S25 scored 9,355 in multi-core tests, while the Ultra model achieved a staggering 10,236 points.

Key Features and Design Focus

The Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to launch with Android 15 and Samsung’s One UI 7, ensuring an up-to-date software experience. While benchmark details are limited, the focus appears to be on delivering a sleek, lightweight design without sacrificing performance.
