Elon Musk set Twitter on flames on Monday after claiming that Meta-owned Instagram makes its users depressed while his microblogging platform makes them furious.
“Instagram makes people depressed, & Twitter makes people angry. “Which is better?” he asked.
Instagram makes people depressed & Twitter makes people angry. Which is better?

Musk’s remark sparked a flood of reactions on which platforms people prefer.
One Twitter handle responded by saying that Twitter doesn’t make them angry but makes them laugh. Musk responded by saying he does laugh a lot on Twitter.
Another user stated that it is LinkedIn, which is owned by Microsoft, that causes people to be depressed, not Instagram.
Musk replied with a fire emoji.
Another user claimed that Twitter “makes me laugh all day long,” rather than making him angry.
The CEO of Twitter retorted that he “laughs a lot on Twitter.”
Twitter has just introduced a new incentive to skeptical advertisers in the midst of the battle to survive, where the micro-blogging network will match marketers’ ad spending up to $250,000.
The company is fighting to win back advertisers who stopped using its platform after Musk took charge and made a number of divisive moves.
